LIFE MARKETING GROUP WARRANTY POLICY

Your LIFE MARKETING GROUP products are guaranteed to be free of any manufactured defects or defects in workmanship, for the time in your warranty manual based on the product from the point of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover any physical damage caused misuse and mishandling by the user. Normal wear and tear, Wrapping cord around the iron, dropping unit, product build-up or scratches on the plates, broken housing, loose plates, using wrong voltage, unauthorized modification, tampering or attachments to the unit, and neglect in safety, regular maintenance, and improper usage and removal of any labeling or serial number of the LIFE MARKETING GROUP products will void all warranty claims.
Items that have been dropped or items that have been damaged due to user negligence will not be honored under the LIFE MARKETING GROUP warranty.
In order to properly register your LIFE MARKETING GROUP unit and activate your warranty, you must fill out your original warranty card completely and include a copy of your original sales receipt then send it to our service center. If a warranty card is received without all the information fields completed, your warranty is void. Your warranty protects your LIFE MARKETING GROUP product to be free of defects in workmanship and manufactured defects. Proper completion of the warranty card process is mandatory for full warranty benefits.

In the event that you experience a problem with your LIFE MARKETING GROUP unit due to a manufactured defect and you are within the warranty period, you may send your tool back to our facility for a repair or replacement.

REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS PROCESS

With our customers’ best interests in mind, we do allow products to be sent in to our Repair Center to be evaluated by a technician, repaired, and/or replaced regardless of when or where they were purchased.

If a product is:

(1.) no longer covered under manufacturer’s warranty or

(2.) purchased from an unauthorized vendor and considered void of warranty, the customer shall be responsible for any and all repair or replacement fees.

Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge if they are found to be covered by the warranty’s terms. (Please see our Warranty Policy to fully understand warranty limitations.)

In order for your submitted product to be considered covered by warranty, you must include a valid copy of the original purchase receipt indicating the product was purchased from an authorized vendor, along with a purchase date within the warranty period of your submission. (Before sending in your product to our Repair Center, if you have registered the warranty for your product with our company, please call Customer Service to verify your account and warranty data in the warranty database, and to verify that your product is still within your warranty coverage period.)

All product repairs and replacements, regardless of warranty coverage, are subject to the standard return shipping and handling fees charged to all Turbo Ion, Inc. customers. To cover the cost of shipping and handling, you may either send in a completed money order with the shipping charges or pay over the phone by credit card. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept personal checks, international personal checks, international money orders, cash or other forms of payment, except as specifically stated in this disclosure, for shipping and handling fees.

For return addresses within the continental United States, the return shipping and handling fee is Fifteen United States (U.S.) Dollars ($15.00 USD). For return addresses located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada, additional shipping and handling fees may apply. Please contact our Customer Service department for a return shipping and handling fee quote before submitting your product for repair or replacement if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or outside of the United States.

Products not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty period which are deemed repairable by a technician can be repaired for a fee of between Twenty Five U.S. Dollars ($25.00 USD) and Forty Five U.S. Dollars ($45.00 USD) depending on the severity of the issue with the product.

Products not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period that are deemed beyond reasonable repair by a technician can still be traded toward the purchase of a replacement of the same model through our exclusive Trade for New Program. (You may choose to upgrade your model for an additional cost if desired, and can contact Customer Service for more details regarding this program.)

If you are not able to print the Repair Center Return Form, you must include along with your product a letter containing your name, address, phone number, a detailed note to the technicians describing the issue you are having with your product, and (if possible) a copy of your original receipt.

After the Repair Center has diagnosed the problem with your product, you will receive a call from a technician informing you of the results of the examination, your options for next steps, and any additional costs that may apply. All charges and return shipping and handling fees can be paid over the phone by credit card.

There will be a 7-14 business day turnaround period from the date your product is received at our Repair Center. This turnaround time may exceed 7-14 business days per the company’s discretion.

LIFE MARKETING GROUP is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit. LIFE MARKETING GROUP is also not responsible for additional shipping costs for items sent to an incorrect address, items not claimed within a timely matter (as deemed by the shipping company) by the recipient, or items that fail to arrive at our facility at no fault of LIFE MARKETING GROUP.
